This site is intended to address lock problems. There are a number of typical problems listed and clicking on one will get the answer most commonly associated with it. If all your questions are not answered, post a comment/question.

This is a moderated site so please keep comments clean and honest if you want them to be shown. We do NOT answer questions related to safes. There are many resources related to safes that are much more knowledgable about them than we are. We only know enough about safes to make us dangerous.

We do not answer questions about how to make a surreptitious entry either. If you have a question that is not covered, post a question as a reply on any article. Thanks for visiting.
